Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed the utensils in soap in the middle sink at the three compartment sink. Operator started to change the soup to the first compartment at the three compartment sink.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils inside of water at 80 F. Operator removed the water of the container.
