Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee filling pitcher with water in hand washing sink in the kitchen, owner corrected employee.
Faucet/handle missing at plumbing fixture. Observed mop sink outside is missing handle to the hot water.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up on the fans in walk in freezer.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed a piece of raw steak over potatoes in the reach in cooler on the cook line, owner removed the steak.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employees open can drink on the shelve in a food preparation area.
Food offered in a way that misleads/misinforms the consumer. Observed on the board with daily specials out front with fresh catch of the day, owner corrected the board by removing the "Fresh".
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.

Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stack on pans on the shelve wet in between and not air drying properly.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed bin of chicken seasoning handle of the cup was in the product, owner moved.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Sent owner a copy be email.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets in reach in cooler under the grill soiled.
