Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed food containers inside HWS, Manager removed.
No hot running water at three-compartment sink. Observed running water at 76°.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed cooked pork,cooked chicken and ground beef not date marked, as per Manager over 24 hours.
