In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment and wall. Observed knives stored between prep table and wall. Operator moved knives for cleaning and proper storage.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed utensils on cook line I water only reaching 100F. Operator turned burner on to heat water.
