Operator handling bread and cheese while making sandwiches with bare hands, their AOP states that they are using hand sanitizer after hand washing, but the inspector did not observe any employees using hand sanitizer after any employee washed their hands.
Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee rubbed hands together less then 10 seconds at hand wash station at front counter.
