Under prep table opposite cookline, fried wings 72F at 3:00pm (Cooked cooling since 12:00pm); crab rangoons 76F at 3:00pm (Cooked cooling since 12:00pm). Employee moved both items to reach in freezer to rapid cool to 71F.
