Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee dropped raw chicken on top of drawer disposed of it with gloved hand, then proceeded to grab spatula and cook the other raw chicken and squirt oil from plastic bottle.

Far left steam table tripped breaker. fried rice (117F - Hot Holding); noodles (117F - Hot Holding); chicken (107F - Hot Holding) Manager reset breaker removed food for reheat, less than four hours.
