Observed establishment with ROP machine stored on prep table. Establishment was previously warned for conducting reduced oxygen packaging, for raw meat and fruit without a HACCP plan approved by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Per manager on duty the establishment is no longer using machine and he stated that he will speak to ownership to have machine removed from restaurant. At time on inspection I observed no ROP items.
