Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin, located in the storage area.

In the reach in cooler located in the breakfast area observed cream cheese (50 F - Cold Holding), as per employee cream cheese was outside the fridge for about 2 hours, employee immediately placed food item inside the cooker.
Nonfood-grade basting brush used in food. Observed a Nonfood-grade basting brush stored inside a container with cooking oil.
