Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Buckets (Chlorine over 200ppm). Operator dumbed water and added the correct amount of chlorine to water solution. End result Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 100ppm)
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. The handwashing sink next to the three compartment sink and the sink at the prep area were both being blocked by a trash can. Operator removed trash can for easier access to the handwashing sink.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee preparing pizzas with multiple hand bracelets.
