Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed milk 46f on buffet line. Manager stated milk has been on buffet line for approximately 45 minutes.

Upon inspection, observed 5 dead roaches in the following locations at establishment: 1 dead roach under triple sink, 1 dead roach between reach-in coolers, 1 dead roach in bottom cabinet near handwashing sink and 2 dead roaches in bottom cabinet to the left of triple sink.
