Establishment operating with no potable running water. No potable water in food truck. Operator started second generator and reset pump, water working at all sinks.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Container of Clorox wipes stored on top of reach-in freezer next to prep table. Employee moved wipes to area where chemicals are stored.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. iPad stored in hand washing sink next to three compartment sink. Employee removed ipad from sink.
