Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food marked with a date that exceeds 7 days after opening/preparation. Observed date marked 6/30 on chicken. Manager stated it was labeled wrong. It should have been 7/30. He corrected label.
Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed ceiling leaking in dining area around back dining table and around cash register area.
