Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In reach in cooler raw shell eggs and raw bacon stored on shelf above bread. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
No written procedures available for use of time as a public health control to hold time/temperature control for safety food. Establishment holds hot brine pickles, cheese, heavy cream on time per person in charge. No time paperwork present during inspection.
Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. No license number observed on unit.
