Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee break raw shell eggs without changing gloves. Explained the importance of changing gloves to the employee, employee changed gloves.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed onions and avocado stored over cut lettuce in reach in cooler. Operator moved produce.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
