In front display case, Pasta Salad (46F - Ambient Cooling) at 10:33 am, since 7:30 am to 46 F. Cut Tomatoes (54F - Ambient Cooling) at 10:33 am, since 7:30 am to 54 F at 11 am. Raw Salmon (55F - Ambient Cooling) at 10:33 am, since 7:30 am, to 55 F at 11 am. Proper cooling will not occur at this rate. Advised manager to move foods to freezer to cool.
