Observed: Establishment operating without a license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants. Operator must obtain a public food service license from the Division of Hotels and Restaurants within 60 days. Submit a license application and payment to DBPR/Bureau of Central Intake Unit, 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-0783. She stated she owned the previous business here, Bagelicious and More, but then had to sell it due to health reasons, but recently bought it back in September. She stated she had to change the name because previous owners had legal issues attached to the name. She states she believes she has the license in her office but was not able to obtain it and that her attorney filed everything for her. Priority: High Priority
