Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed multiple employees with wrist bans and wrist watches engaged in food preparation. Educated Person in charge. Person in charge had all employees remove and wash hands.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed in main kitchen area over Grill hood filters soiled with grease.
