Packages of Publix chicken are stored commingled with food for sale to the public in a reach-in cooler in the kitchen. Explained to employees that Employee Food must be segregated, clearly marked and stored below and away from food for sale to the public.
Equipment in poor repair. Blender in the kitchen is in poor repair. The exterior casing is repaired with tape, rendering it no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
