Observed 2 opened cans of pumpkin pure opened more than 24 hours not date marked. Manager date marked. As per operator, items were opened three days prior to inspection.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Inspector sent clean up procedure to be printed and posted.
