Asked the operator what they are using to sanitize dishes and food contact surfaces. The operator showed me bleach that does not state on the bottle that it is safe for food contact surfaces. Operator was able to go to the store and purchase the correct sanitizer during the inspection.

Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Dining room floor is concrete. Operator had damaged tile during hurricanes Helene and Milton. All tiles have been pulled up in the dining room. Operator has plans to make floors smooth and easily cleanable. Window in the kitchen was broken during the storms and the window has been temporarily covered with plywood.
