Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. A large pan of raw chicken stored over cooked chicken, cooked noodle and cooked curry sauces in reach-in cooler.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Employees admitted that they washed hands in three-compartments sink when began to work with food.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Multiple containers and tools stored in handwash sink. Employee removed items from sink at time of inspection.

Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. Observed grease like liquid waste dripping on the floor from the mfdv, created slippery and smelly liquid puddles on ground. Employee shut off disposal valve and stopped the leakage, cleaned and sanitized the floor at time of inspection.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Provided paper napkin.
