Per initial licensing approval:2) Establishment must allow customers to utilize the bathroom upon request, even if inaccessible. The establishment must have a policy that customers will be escorted to and from the bathroom as necessary to ensure that no cross contamination occurs.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no handwashing sign at front counter handwashing sink. Emailed operator handwashing handout.

Observed no sanitizing solution used when washing dishes in the 3 compartment sink, educated operator on proper sanitizing steps and asked them to re wash the dishes improperly sanitized.

Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed chicken thawing in 3 compartment sink with no water running, operator turned water on for proper thawing.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet wiping cloth on front line next to beverage mixers not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
