Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs and raw chicken over cooked food in reach-in cooler on cooks line. Operator rearranged.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Two way spitter added at mop sink no vacuum breaker.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Several items in reach-in cooler without date marking. Operator began marking.
