Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed mold like growth on ceiling in the walk in cooler used for bakery.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed mop stored in mop bucket.

Observed employee food handling with open sore working in bakery. Spoke to Chef Richard concerning the issue.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic containers stacked wet in the walk in cooler.
