Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of grill cleaner stored on shelf with food items. Operator removed.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. At reach in cooler, vacuum sealed tuna partially thawed. Operator stated item was removed from freezer and partially thawed approximately 1/2 hour prior to inspection. Advised operator to remove completely from vacuum package and thaw under refrigeration. Operator removed fish from package.
