Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Observed Cooked rice at 118F made at 12pm Second temperature at 90F. Observed Chicken sticks (80F - Cooling Holding) Cooked noodles (79F - Cooling Holding) Took second temperature chicken sticks at 74F and noodles at 75F. Manager continue to keep the items in the deep freezer.

Manager placed beef and chicken sticks in deep freezer.
