Observed raw pork, raw beef and raw chicken stored over frozen uncooked pork and chicken lumpia. Manager removed and stored properly.
No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed employee hand washing station on cook line missing employee handwashing sign. Inspector will provide Employee handwashing sign.

Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Observed Cooked rice at 118F made at 12pm Second temperature at 90F. Observed Chicken sticks (80F - Cooling Holding) Cooked noodles (79F - Cooling Holding) Took second temperature chicken sticks at 74F and noodles at 75F. Manager continue to keep the items in the deep freezer.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed pork sticks on table at 56F. Observed cooked rice at 118F. Rice was cooked at 12 PM. Observed chicken and beef sticks at 80F sitting on table next to window to cool. Manager stated he cooked them at 12 and left out during lunch peak. Manager placed beef and chicken sticks in deep freezer.
