Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee in dining room seating guests and pouring wine then proceeded to enter kitchen put on gloves and prepare food without washing hands. Employee stopped washed hands and put on gloves.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of WD 40 stored in pan with to go plates. Employee removed bottle of WD 40 during inspection.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Bag of sausage in kitchen reach-in cooler. Manager stated sausage opened two days earlier.
