Ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair in employee bathroom, rear of kitchen near back door, and in some areas of the dining room above the booths. Discussed with operator.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside at the front entrance door to the dining/seating area. Discussed with operator.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
