In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Multiple ice cream scoops in standing water in dipperwells at 70-72F, operator turned dipper wells on.

Grab and go ice cream and cakes packaged on site missing the date items were packaged and address of establishment where they were packaged. Operator started writing dates on items.
