Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Located in front dessert cooler : tres leches cake (45F - Cold Holding at 2:18, placed at 11:30, retemp 43F at 3:00); rice pudding (50F at 2:18, placed at 11:30, retemp 48F at 3:00) manager placed in back kitchen cooler.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two cans of raid stored under prep table next to cooking equipment across from dishwasher. Employee moved cans.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at handwashing sink next to dishwasher. Employee replaced.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. No date marking on multiple items in all coolers. Manager and employees date marked items that were past the 24hr hold time.

Food stored on floor. Two cases of water bottles stored on floor near bathroom hallway entrance. Bucket of sauce stored on floor on cookline. Large pan of meat stored on floor across from dishwasher. Employee moved all items off ground.
Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Box of green peppers stored over containers of garlic and pans of marinated lamb in reach in cooler along wall of entrance to managers office. Manager moved box of peppers to bottom of cooler and ready to eat products to above shelves.
