Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soda nozzle at bar with mold like substance. Also soda nozzle drain stopped up. Bartender cleaned both nozzles and drained hose during inspection.
Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Observed employee drinking from unenclosed cup in kitchen area. Employee threw drink away.

Establishment with a live animal attraction did not take immediate action to prevent, eliminate, or control a safety risk and imminent health hazard. Patrons allowed to hold baby alligator without sign advising to wash hands afterwards due to possible salmonella exposure while holding animal. Manager printed advisory during inspection and posted immediately on animal cart and by bar at front door.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed bar shaker used at bar for ice scoop. Manager took out of ice and added scoop with handle.
