Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). The kitchen is not open for service at time of inspection only prep crew present. Operator immediately called ecolab. Operator stated ecolab will arrive in an hour, in the meantime all dishes will be washed and sanitized in the dishmachine located in upstairs kitchen.
