Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observe cup in with no handle use as a scoop. Operator remove cup and place a scoop with a handle.
Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Multiple CO2 Tanks in area are not secured
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Upright reach in cooler In kitchen is out of order and all tcs foods that was stored in the reach in cooler are now in the walk in cooler no tcs foods are stored in reach in cooler

Observed in outside walk in cooler plastic drinks and soda can store on floor.
