Observed wiping cloth at 500++ppm on drink counter at front counter. Person in charge removed and remade sani bucket at 200 ppm.
Whole fruit displayed for self-service not wrapped and no utensils provided. Observed apples on front counter grab n go not wrapped or protected from contamination. Discussed with person in charge
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed all small reach in cooler gaskets soiled with black/green mold like substance.
