Per operator, foods not prepped or portioned today; foods out of temperature for approximately 10 minutes. Operator put food back inside cooked to quick chill.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Observed employee wash hands at triple sink. Advised employee to only wash hands at hand wash sink.
