Equipment in poor repair. Observed multiple Low Boy doors broken/off hinge, multiple Low boy drawers not closing properly and multiple make table and low boy cooling units inoperable. Observed all cold held foods held on ice excluding low boy drawer under griddle. Previously noted 03/11/25
