Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In flip top reach in cooler, metal pan of raw beef patties above container of ready to eat coleslaw. Employee moved raw beef to bottom of cooler.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In flip top reach in cooler, cut tomatoes (49F - Cold Holding); coleslaw (50F - Cold Holding); Cooked chicken (49F - Cold Holding); hotdog (50F - Cold Holding). All items placed in cooler hen establishment opened. Lid and doors to cooler have been open and shut regularly during the morning. Ambient air of cooler at 40F. Operator put ice on all items.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. On storage rack next to three compartment sink, multiple cleaning chemicals stored above open box of unwrapped plastic utensils and to go cups. Operator had employee to all cleaners on bottom shelf with single service items above.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. In cabinet in men's restroom, spray bottle of green liquid not labeled. Operator labeled bottle.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Ice bucket not inverted. Operator flipped bucket over.
Food stored on floor. Near three compartment sink, two containers of fry oil on floor. Operator but rack under items to bring off floor.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. In ice bin next to front counter, handle of ice scoop touching ice. Employee stood ice scoop up.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Three (3) pairs of tongs hanging on front of grill at waist level. Operator removed tongs and put in dish area.
Unwrapped single-service utensils not presented so that only the handles are touched. On table in dining room, unwrapped plastic knives and forks present with handles facing down. Operator flipped all utensils.
Met inspection standards. 1 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.

No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Hand washing sink in kitchen has no sign. Inspector emailed sign.
