Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In flip top reach in cooler, metal pan of raw beef patties above container of ready to eat coleslaw. Employee moved raw beef to bottom of cooler.

All items placed in cooler hen establishment opened. Lid and doors to cooler have been open and shut regularly during the morning. Ambient air of cooler at 40F. Operator put ice on all items.
