Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed employee cutting limes at bar area without glove. Employee voluntarily disposed of all above items that had been in barehand contact.

Container of medicine improperly stored at shelf under fro counter. Operator corrected above issues to meet inspection standards.
Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Observed cooked chicken on counter in kitchen at 106F. Employee stated items had been cooked 3 hours prior. It was determined that the chicken never cooled properly and needed to be reheated to 165F and the cooling process restarted. Employee reheated to 165F and corrected the issue.

Observed assorted cooked frozen fish in reach-in freezer Employee stated the above items had been prepare onsite more than 24 hours prior, and then proceeded to date items properly to meet standards of inspection.
