Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) after running and priming 3 times. Operator was able to repair machine during inspection, chlorine 50ppm.
Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable on cook line. Operator replaced cut boards at time of inspection.
