Cooler has an ambient temperature of 43.7F. Establishment was receiving a food delivery at start of inspection. Side door of cooler was also propped open. Manager closed both entrance and side door to walk in cooler. Observed in a bowl Cole slaw (62F - Cold Holding). Employee voluntarily discarded.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed interior of ice machine soiled with mold like substance near ice chute of unit.
