Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the black reach in cooler raw ground beef is stored over American cheese and hotdogs. Operator moved the ground beef to proper storage.

In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. There are multiple sets of tongs on the oven door handle. Operator moved the tongs to proper storage.

Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Inspector provided the operator with the consumer advisory, operator placed the advisory in the window of the food truck.
