Person in charge states had out of refrigeration for less than 4 hours. In glass door reach in cooler liquid egg, cheese, cooked onions at 47-52F. Observed unit tightly packed, person in charge states has been in and out of unit. Ambient temperature of unit came down to 38F during inspection.
