Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed several employee drinks being stored above food that will be served to the public in the reach in cooler in the prep area.
Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed rusted shelves in the reach in cooler in the prep area.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed a wet cloth on the prep table instead of being stored in a sanitizer bucket after each use.
