Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed 6 packs of thawed salmon in reduced oxygen packaging without an opening in the packaging.

Observed employee on his personal cell phone then grabbed handle of fryers with no hand wash in between. Employee washed hands and put on gloves.
Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired on June 1, 2023.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw chicken stored over raw fish and raw shrimp in reach in cooler under grill. Employee changed chicken to bottom.
