Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. At the time of inspection, the person in charged stated that I needed leave premises and that I needed a warrant in order to conduct the our inspection and asked me to step outside and she closed the restaurant front door. Owner showed up and let me conduct the inspection.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed Haila Henderson ( 2 months).
Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed an opened soda inside the reach in cooler at the back. Employee removed it.
