Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. At the time of inspection, the person in charged stated that I needed leave premises and that I needed a warrant in order to conduct the our inspection and asked me to step outside and she closed the restaurant front door. Owner showed up and let me conduct the inspection.
