Advised to discard - Front steam well; eggs (112F - Hot Holding) butter cream sauce, blueberries sauce; (97-101F - Hot Holding). All less than 4hrs per operator. Operator reheated Eggs to 167F for temperature recovery. Operator reheated cream sauce and blueberry sauce to 165F(corrected on site)
