Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed grocery bags being used to store wontons/rangoons in the reach in freezer next to the cook line.
Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed an employee wash his gloves inside of washing his hands. Spoke with the manager about proper handwashing. Employee removed gloves and washed his hands properly before changing gloves.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a bowl with no handle being used as scoop for flour in the kitchen under the prep table by the cook line.
Ceiling tile missing. Observed a missing ceiling tile above the dish machine area.

Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks being stored in the prep table in the kitchen on the cook line and in the front counter. Manager removed drinks and stored properly.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed an employee cellphone on a prep table in the kitchen. Manager had employee remove cellphone.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed stacked wet containers on the dish drying rack. Manager unstacked containers so that they can air dry properly.
Food stored on floor. Observed buckets of prepped potatoes being stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Manager had an employee place items 6 inches off the floor.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed to container with water temping at 75F with the spoons used to serve rice. Manager emptied containers and stored utensils in dry containers.
Missing drain plug at dumpster. Observed an open dumpster lid.
