Observed Chemical Dish machine at 0ppm. Manager was able to change chemical out. Took second test of chemical dish machine at 100ppm.

Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. See stop sale. Observed no time mark on pizza held n time control. Employee placed time on pizza. Employee stated that pizza was made at 11am.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed spray bottle containing sanitizer stored on top of prep table in prep area. Employee removed and stored properly.
