Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. In the reach in cooler at the front counter observed an opened gallon of milk without a date mark, operator stated it was opened three days ago.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed Handwashing sink in the front counter being used as a dump sink. Discussed with employee that handwashing sink are only for handwashing.
